Copies of the Resolutions passed by the Board at regular Board Meetings are to be filled out and filed to back up any actions of the congregation, i.e., housing for the Pastor, travel, education, insurance, bills against the Congregation, and any other financial transactions. This document must be signed by the Trustees of the Board, i.e., Pastor, Secretary and Treasurer.
