These are offered for a minimum donation of $5.00. Most often the titles are used by the congregation to distinguish various positions within the congregation. We must have the names and address of the recipient (and the title desired) before Special titles can be awarded. The certificates are mailed directly from Headquarters.

Choose the Special Title, that you'd like from the Special Title list and then fill in the chosen Title, name, and address in the "add comments about your order:" box at checkout.
If you'd like to add a Special Font or Gold Embossed Seal to your degree, select the options you'd like from the drop down menu and then fill in the Font in the "add comments about your order:" box at checkout.
